- When selecting the manufacturer of your mixer, make sure it is in fact the equipment manufacturer, not a dealer. The actual manufacturer of the equipment is who has the know how of manufacturing the machine, and it is that you will use if you need assistance after the sale.
- Pay a visit to your provider, and specify every detail regarding your product. The more the manufacturer knows about their production, the better.
- Choose correctly the capacity of the mixer. Ribbon Blenders well designed and well manufactured operate perfectly, since it supplied with at least 40% of its total capacity.
- The Ribbon Blender is traditionally made in Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel. Choose the type of material relevant to your product, and if necessary, the package includes polishing health, which is generally offered by manufacturers.
- Test! Before loading the machine, go to the manufacturer and test the mixer, using your own product. Do not expect the mixer to arrive at its factory to put it to work.
