Spain and Brazil in partnership
The Spanish ambassador in Brazil, Manuel de la Cámara, said the two countries can adopt new measures of cooperation in the energy area. Among the partnerships, one that is being studied involves Petrobras and Repsol, a former manager of oil company YPF, the Argentine government recently expropriated.
