Brazil and Uruguay's Wind FarmBrazil and Uruguay signed an agreement on Thursday to jointly build a wind farm of 100 megawatts (MW) in that country, with investments of 200 million dollars and start operations in 2013, told Reuters the president of the electric company UTE Uruguay.
